professionally and well trained response officers. Our response officers have undergone intensive
and special response training.
All our response vehicles have been branded, and we have installed
tracking systems that enables our control room team to constantly monitor and communicate with our
response team to make sure they respond to emergencies quickly.
Our control room is manned with well trained control room staff and it is operating around the
clock to ensure that alarm activations are being attended quickly according to our policy.
In case of alarm activation, our control room will immediately dispatch the nearest response
team to verify if it's true alarm activation. Once the response team has arrived to the scene,
and once they discover there is a threat, they will immediately notify control room, and the control
room will immediately communicate with police and police officers will be dispatched to the scene for backup.
Our control room is equipped with latest security technology. Our alarm technology allows our customers
to receive opening signals and closing signals when they open or close their business or residence via SMS.
We work hand in hand with the Tanzania Police Force as well as in conjunction with Tanzania Community
